Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The original of the article imported into ThaiJO Usage must be prepared 2 type in
1. Microsoft Word file format.
2.PDF file format. - The format of the article and references follows the article writing guide of Journal of KMITL Business School.
- Article submitted to the Journal of KMITL Business School, Must never have been published or be awaiting publication with any other journal.
- The author of the article must edit the content of the article. After the academic plagiarism check by the Turnitin program, the overlap of the article must not exceed 30 percent.
- The journal of KMITL Business School has maintained ethical standards, the author has a duty to maintain and must carry out their duties strictly.
- The author is responsible for the articles that have been published with the Journal of KMITL Business School. If anything happens, it is the sole responsibility of the author.

1.Article submission form: Completely filled out (Please submit as PDF file).
2.Article English proofreading paper: (Please submit as PDF file).
3.Complete article: Including the author's name and affiliation (Please submit as Microsoft Word file).
4.Complete article excluding author name and affiliation: (Please submit as PDF file).
5.Turnitin similarity report: Showing a similarity percentage of no more than 30%. - When filling in details of the names of research participants, please fill them in completely and correctly according to the data in the system in both Thai and English.
- Attach turnitin test results not exceeding 30%

Copyright, Licensing, and Open-Access Policy
The Journal of KMITL Business School (JKBS) is committed to open and equitable access to scholarly research. The following policy governs the ownership, licensing, and access to all published works.
1. Copyright
- Copyright of all published articles belongs to the Journal of KMITL Business School.
- Authors grant the journal the right of first publication.
- Authors retain the right to:
- Share their published work for non-commercial purposes (e.g., in institutional repositories, course packs, or personal websites), provided that proper citation to the journal is included.
- Use the published content in future works such as books, lectures, or conference presentations, with acknowledgement of the original journal publication.
2. Licensing
- All articles are published under a Creative Commons licence to ensure wide dissemination and reuse with appropriate credit.
- By default, the journal applies the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) licence, which allows others to:
- Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
- Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material.
- For non-commercial purposes only.
- With proper attribution to the original authors and the journal.
- Authors who wish to use a different Creative Commons licence must notify the Editor-in-Chief at the time of submission.
3. Open-Access Policy
- JKBS provides immediate open access to all articles, free of charge for readers and authors.
- No Article Processing Charges (APCs) or submission fees are required.
- Open access ensures that published research is accessible globally without subscription barriers, enhancing visibility and citation potential.
4. Archiving and Preservation
- All published articles are digitally archived through the ThaiJo platform and other secure repositories to ensure long-term preservation.
- Authors are encouraged to self-archive the final published version in:
- Institutional repositories
- Author’s personal website
- Research networking platforms (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu)
5. Citation Requirement
When reusing or sharing JKBS articles, users must provide proper citation in the following format:
Author(s). (Year). Title of the article. Journal of KMITL Business School, Volume(Issue), page range. DOI (if available).
6. Policy on Preprints
- Authors may post their preprint version (the version before peer review) on a recognised preprint server before or during submission to JKBS.
- Once accepted, the preprint should be updated with a link to the final published article.
Transparency About Ownership, Management, and Revenue
The Journal of KMITL Business School (JKBS) is committed to complete transparency regarding its ownership, governance, and sources of support, by international publishing best practices.
1. Ownership
- The Journal of KMITL Business School is owned and published by the KMITL Business School, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand.
- The journal is a non-profit academic publication dedicated to advancing research and scholarship in business administration, management, economics, and related fields.
2. Management
- The Editorial Office manages JKBS under the KMITL Business School.
- The editorial structure includes:
- Advisor – Provides strategic guidance and oversight.
- Editor-in-Chief – Has final responsibility for all editorial decisions.
- Assistant Editors – Assist with manuscript handling, communication with reviewers, and editorial processes.
- Editorial Board – Comprising national and international scholars who provide subject expertise and contribute to policy development.
- All editorial and peer-review processes are conducted independently from the ownership body to ensure impartiality and integrity in decision-making.
3. Revenue Sources
- JKBS is funded through institutional support from KMITL Business School.
- The journal does not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, or publication fees to authors.
- JKBS does not accept revenue from advertising, sponsorships, or commercial endorsements.
- All operational costs, including editorial management, peer review, production, and online hosting, are fully supported by KMITL.
4. Independence and Editorial Integrity
- Editorial decisions are made solely based on scholarly merit and are not influenced by the journal’s ownership, management, or financial considerations.
- The Editor-in-Chief and editorial team operate under a code of editorial independence, ensuring that content selection is free from political, institutional, or commercial pressures.
5. Public Disclosure
- This ownership and management statement is published on the journal’s official website to comply with transparency requirements for scholarly publishing.
- Any changes to the journal’s ownership, management, or funding model will be promptly disclosed on the website and, where necessary, to relevant indexing and abstracting services.
