แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ยืดหยุ่นสำหรับนักเรียน นักศึกษาในอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทพื้นที่ สำหรับนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงปริมาณคือผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพนวมินทราชินีแม่ฮ่องสอนและวิทยาลัยการอาชีพแม่สะเรียง จำนวน 101 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม (IOC
= 0.67–1.00, Cronbach's α = .91) ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพเก็บจากการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 9 คน และศึกษาดูงานสถานศึกษาต้นแบบ3 แห่ง


            ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.48, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน = 1.28) ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือการสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหารและชุมชน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.56) สะท้อนทุนทางสังคมที่แข็งแกร่ง ส่วนด้านเวลาเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.21) โดยระบบสะสมเวลาเรียนผ่านแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดในภาพรวม (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.93) สะท้อนจุดอ่อนด้านกลไกดิจิทัลที่ต้องเร่งพัฒนา แนวทางที่สังเคราะห์จากผลเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพครอบคลุม 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) เวลาเรียนจัดตารางแบบ Block Schedule ร่วมกับ Blended-Modular Learning และแพลตฟอร์มสะสมเวลาเรียนออนไลน์ 2) การจัดการเรียนการสอนพัฒนาครูสู่การเป็น Learning Designer และเพิ่มทางเลือกการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก 3) การวัดและประเมินผล ประเมินตามสภาพจริงและระบบธนาคารหน่วยกิตที่สอดคล้องกับกรอบคุณวุฒิแห่งชาติ และ 4) การสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหารและเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ การทำ MOU กับชุมชนและสถานประกอบการ และระบบติดตามดูแลผู้เรียนรายบุคคล สอดคล้องกับการแก้ปัญหาอัตราการหลุดออกจากระบบการศึกษาที่สูงถึงร้อยละ 19.98 และขยายผลสู่พื้นที่ห่างไกลอื่นที่มีบริบทใกล้เคียงกันได้
