Abstract
This study aimed to study the state and development guidelines for material management based on good governance principles of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Phetchabun Area 1, was divided into 2 steps. First step is to study the current situation in the management of supplies according to the principles of good governance of educational institution administrators. The sample group was 240 of procurement officers by selecting a purposive sample group and 274 teachers selected a stratified random sampling method. The data collection was a questionnaire on the estimation scale of 5 statistical levels with a confidence value of 0.985 used to analyze the data, namely the mean and the deviation value. The second step was to study the guidelines for the developing of supplies according to the principles of good governance of the school administrators. The informants consisted of 3 qualified individuals who were selected through selective interviews and with experience in parcel work. The data were collected through content analysis interviews using standardized content. Results indicated that:
1) The overall condition of the management of supplies according to the principles of good governance of the school administrators, was at a high level. When considering each aspect, It was found that the highest average value was the procurement and the lowest average value was the material storage, recording and disbursement. 2) Results of the study on the development guidelines for the material management system based on the principles of good governance for school administrators. The school administrators should collect information about parcels, designate safe storage locations for parcels and allowing stakeholders to participate in purchasing and hiring decisions. In addition, the school administrators must emphasize that materials must be inspected regularly. Create a material plan and prepare written documents evidence of borrowing and transferring parcels.
