The Guideline Development for the Operation Through Coronavirus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic Incident Action Plan of Wangchao School Cluster under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Tak Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the conditions and the problems of the operation 2) compare the operation through Coronavirus Diseases 2019 pandemic incident action plan, and 3) find the guideline to develop the operation through coronavirus diseases 2019 pandemic incident action plan of Wangchao school cluster under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Tak Province. The research was the survey research. The research instruments were a questionnaire and structured interview. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results revealed that:

            1) In general, the conditions of the operation through COVID-19 pandemic incident action plan were at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all of aspects were at the highest levels. The highest mean was 6 supplementary measures. There was no significant difference at the 0.05 level. For 6 supplementary measures, the highest mean of problem was found that students, parents, and teachers did not aware of data record of COVID-19. For 7 intensive measures. 2) The comparison of the operation by school sizes, and working experience was found that there was no difference. 3) The guidelines for the operation with 6 main measures were that teachers, students, and parents should perform through social distancing seriously. 6 supplementary measures were found that personnel should be informed to know eating hot food. For 7 intensive measures, it was found that there should have the cooperation of related persons.
