Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) conditions, problems, compare conditions. 2) find ways to develop internal quality assurance operations in accordance with basic education standards regarding student quality of educational institutions under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, Si Satchanalai District. The population includes 679 school administrators and teachers, and 152 by multi-step selection. Provide 17 informants through specific selection. The instrument for collecting data was questionnaires and interviews. The complete consistency index is 1.00. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA when differences were found, the pairwise mean difference test was performed. and Contents Analysis. The research results were found as follows;
1) Overall internal quality assurance operating conditions are at a high level. The item with the highest average is the aspect of having knowledge, basic skills, and a good attitude towards career work, followed by the aspect of accepting to live together based on differences and diversity. The item with the lowest average value was having pride in the local area and being Thai. The most common problem is in having good characteristics and values as specified by educational institutions. The comparison of internal quality assurance operating conditions by school size reveals that small, medium, and large schools There is a significant statistical difference in internal quality assurance operations at level .05 2) Guidelines developed from interviews with experts have consistent opinions: administrators and teachers should meet to plan the teaching and learning process and various learning management methods. Keep up with current changes and meet the needs of students. Carry out project preparation Annual action plan to approve the budget for equipment support and administrators should promote the creation and cultivation of values, good and correct attitudes in preserving Thainess in every aspect. to give rise to students in a more concrete way.
