The Administrative Efficiency of Promotion of Educational Provision Group under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

Abstract

The research aimed to study and compare the administrative efficiency of promotion of educational provision group under Kanchanaburi primary educational service area office 4, classified by study.The sample was 186 administrators, head of activity, head of general administration and administrative supervisor in school under Kanchanaburi primary educational service area office 4, obtained by stratified random sampling and treated by a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity of 1.00 and reliability of 0.98 to collect data which were analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe’s pair comparison. Set statistically significant level at .05. The findings:

            1) The administrative efficiency of promotion of educational provision group under Kanchanaburi primary educational service area office 4 by overall and each individual aspect was a high level, ranking in the order from high to low as follows: promotion of other student affairs, coordination promotion of education and religion and culture, coordinating the prevention and solving problems of substance abuse, coordinating and promoting educational institutions to build community strength, promotion of educational management for the underprivileged and promotion of learning resources and educational environment.  2) The results of the comparison of the administrative efficiency of promotion of educational provision group under Kanchanaburi primary educational service area office 4 classified by study areas was found no significant difference. Separately considered, promotion of learning resources and educational environment, and promoting educational institutions to build community strength, showed significant difference By the respondents in the study areas of Bo Phloi district had more efficiency in administration than the study areas in Lao Khwan District.
