The Network Management Model for improving the educational quality in Anuban Nakhon Sawan school

Abstract

         The purposes of this research was to develop The  Network Management Model for improving the educational quality in Anuban Nakhon Sawan school with the following objectives: 1) to study the components of a network management for improving the educational quality, 2) to develop the network management for improving the educational quality, 3) to experiment the network management for improving the educational quality, and 4) to evaluate the network management for improving the educational quality. The research was conducted in four steps. Step 1 was to study a components of a network management for improving the educational quality. Step 2 was to develop the network management for improving the educational quality. Step 3 was to the network management for improving the educational quality. Step 4 was to the network management for improving the educational quality. The results of this research were as follows: 1) The components of a network management for improving the educational quality consists of 5 components:, Determination of network members, characteristics of network members and network leaders, Network coordination,policy vision and the scope and mission of cooperation and the work practice of network and evaluation 2) The  network management for improving the educational quality consist of 3 parts :1) introduction 2) content consist a components of a network management for improving the educational quality and network management process  3) success condition. The evaluating results of the model was appropriate. 3) The evaluation of the network management for improving the educational quality revealed that was effective and applicable for school. 4) The evaluation result of the network management for improving the educational quality revealed that the aspects of correctness, suitability, feasibility and usefulness were at a highest level.
