บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินความเหมาะสมของสาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่น และ 2) เพื่อประเมินผลการใช้สาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นร่วมกับกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบฝึกปฏิบัติจริงโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน เรื่อง การทำนาข้าวเกาะยาว กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3/2 โรงเรียนเกาะยาววิทยา จำนวน 30 คน และชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนอ่าวกะพ้อ จำนวน 20 คน ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 2 คน ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน จำนวน 2 คน และศึกษานิเทศก์ จำนวน 1 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) สาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่น เรื่อง การทำนาข้าวเกาะยาว 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังเรียน เรื่อง การทำนาข้าวเกาะยาว และ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (m) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (s) และค่า t-test for Dependent Samples
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่น เรื่อง การทำนาข้าวเกาะยาว ประกอบด้วย แนวคิดและหลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย โครงสร้างหลักสูตร คำอธิบายรายวิชา โครงสร้างเนื้อหา สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผล และแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ การประเมินความเหมาะสมของสาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่น เรื่อง การทำนาข้าวเกาะยาว โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) ผลการใช้สาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่น เรื่อง การทำนาข้าวเกาะยาว พบว่า นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 มีคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่น เรื่อง การทำนาข้าวเกาะยาว อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
