Abstract

The objectives of this research to present lessons learned from the role of women volunteer leaders in Sawai Subdistrict. Prang Ku District Sisaket Province. in strengthening the peaceful community Use a qualitative research format. By in-depth interview with key informants, divided into ๒ groups: a group of ๑๐ non-female Swai Tee subdistrict local leaders and a group of ๒๐ women local leaders, totaling ๒๐ people. Data were analyzed using inductive methods. The research results found that Women volunteers in Sawai Subdistrict It starts with gathering a diverse group of people in different positions. Talk and respect each other, create knowledge, and develop public health. Establishment of civil defense volunteers Build strength to reduce conflicts in families and communities according to the ๔ Sangha Vatthu principles: sacrificing physical and mental strength, using wisdom to help others escape suffering. It can also capture people's hearts and make those they live with happy.
