บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทบทวนเอกสาร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับ
การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย สังเคราะห์แนวทางในการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทสังคมไทย รวมทั้งเสนอแนวทางเชิงนโยบายและเชิงปฏิบัติในการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยบนฐาน
การมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวเพื่อความยั่งยืนของสังคม ข้อมูลได้จากการทบทวนเอกสารทางวิชาการ รายงานวิจัย และฐานข้อมูลด้านเด็กและครอบครัวทั้งในและต่างประเทศในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2558-2567 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง แต่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญตามระดับการศึกษาของมารดา ฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจของครัวเรือน และการเข้าถึงทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ในบ้าน โดยสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ที่บ้านทำหน้าที่เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมกับพัฒนาการของเด็ก นอกจากนี้ รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการพัฒนาถือเป็นรูปแบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพผู้ปกครองและการสนับสนุน
เชิงนโยบายอย่างเป็นระบบเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยและการพัฒนาสังคม
