การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของกิจกรรมเพาะเลี้ยง ในโซ่อุปทานกุ้งขาว จังหวัดตรัง

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไป วิเคราะห์ห่วงโซ่อุปทาน และวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของการเลี้ยงกุ้งขาว จังหวัดตรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงกุ้งขาวในพื้นที่ จังหวัดตรัง จำนวน 30 ราย ในพื้นที่ 5 อำเภอ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ผลการศึกษา พบว่าเกษตรกรเลี้ยงกุ้งขาว มีช่วงอายุระหว่าง 51-60 ปี มีประสบการณ์ระหว่าง 10-20 ปี เหตุผลที่เลี้ยง เนื่องจากราคาตลาดของกุ้งขาวสูง โดยมีแหล่งเงินทุนเป็นเงินทุนของตัวเอง แหล่งน้ำที่ใช้ในการเลี้ยงกุ้งเป็นน้ำที่ได้มาจากทะเล และแหล่งที่มาของพันธ์กุ้งมาจากโรงเพาะฟักเอกชน ด้านความเชื่อมโยงของห่วงโซ่อุปทานการเลี้ยงกุ้งขาว พบว่า ต้นน้ำ คือ ผู้จัดหาวัตถุดิบ และเกษตรกร กลางน้ำ คือ พ่อค้าคนกลาง และพ่อค้าส่ง และปลายน้ำ คือ ผู้ค้าปลีก ร้านอาหารและผู้บริโภค ใน 1 รอบการเลี้ยงกุ้ง เกษตรกรมีรายได้จากการขายต่อไร่เฉลี่ย 360,000 บาท ต้นทุนการผลิตต่อไร่เฉลี่ย 250,000 บาท ผลผลิตต่อไร่ 2,200 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการขายและบริหารต่อไร่เฉลี่ย 4,000 บาท กำไรขั้นต้น 110,000 บาทต่อไร่ กำไรสุทธิ 106,000 บาทต่อไร่ ส่งผลให้เกษตรกรได้รับผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน 29.12% อัตราส่วนกำไรขั้นต้น 30.55% และ อัตราส่วนกำไรสุทธิ 29.44% ผลจากการศึกษา เกษตรกรควรวางแผนการเลี้ยงกุ้ง และการจัดการทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อนำไปสู่ความสามารถในการทำกำไร และในอนาคตควรมีการขยายตลาดและเพิ่มช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายมากขึ้น
