ความรู้ พฤติกรรม และความตระหนักของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว ในการใช้สารเคมีทางการเกษตรในจังหวัดสุโขทัย

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงระดับวิความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้และอันตรายของสารเคมีทางการเกษตร พฤติกรรมการใช้และป้องกันอันตรายจากสารเคมีทางการเกษตรในการปลูกข้าว รวมถึงความตระหนักถึงอันตรายจากการใช้สารเคมีทางการเกษตรของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว 400 ราย ผลการศึกษา พบว่าเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวเคยได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการใช้และป้องกันอันตรายจากสารเคมีทางการเกษตรเพียงร้อยละ 35.75 โดยได้รับข้อมูลจากพนักงานขายสารเคมีทางการเกษตรมากที่สุด เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้และอันตรายจากการใช้สารเคมีทางการเกษตรอยู่ในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 44.25 และพฤติกรรมการใช้และป้องกันอันตรายจากสารเคมีทางการเกษตรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̄=2.45±0.18) ในขณะที่ความตระหนักถึงอันตรายและผลกระทบจากการใช้สารเคมีทางการเกษตรของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄=3.86±0.15) โดยเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวมีความตระหนักต่ออันตรายต่อตัวเกษตรกรมากที่สุด (x̄=4.60±0.46) รองลงมา คือ ความตระหนักถึงผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม (x̄=3.81±0.21) และความตระหนักถึงอันตรายต่อผู้บริโภค (x̄=3.15±0.47) ตามลำดับ
