บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาลักษณะและรูปแบบการผลิตของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ปลูกผักอินทรีย์ ตำบลออนใต้ 2) พัฒนาการผลิตตามมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ และ 3) วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการเข้าสู่การรับรองมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการอย่างมีส่วนร่วม มีวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เข้ารับการตรวจรับรองมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ในแต่ละขั้นตอน มีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ปลูกผักอินทรีย์ได้เข้าร่วมอบรมมาตรฐานการผลิต จำนวน 40 คน มีการยื่นใบสมัครเพื่อเข้ารับการตรวจ 20 คน มีการเข้ารับการตรวจรอบที่หนึ่ง จำนวน 14 คน ผ่านการตรวจและปรับปรุงระบบการปลูก จำนวน 10 คน และผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ 4 คน เนื่องจากระบบการผลิตเกษตรอินทรีย์มีมาตรฐานเข้มงวด จึงทำให้มีเกษตรกรได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานไม่มากนัก ผลการวิจัยนี้สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์ของประเทศ และใช้เป็นต้นแบบในการผลิตเกษตรอินทรีย์ในพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ได้
