บทคัดย่อ
การทำวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้การกลั่นน้ำมันตะไคร้หอมให้กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุแบบมีส่วนร่วมและการแปรรูปน้ำมันตะไคร้หอมให้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ยาหม่องน้ำตะไคร้หอม โดยการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุในตำบลสันทราย อ.แม่จัน พื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงรายมีผู้เข้าร่วมทั้งหมดจำนวน 53 คน พิจารณาจากกลุ่มที่มีพื้นที่ปลูกพืชสมุนไพรอยู่ก่อนแล้วและมีความต้องการเทคโนโลยีในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวเนื่องจากพืชสมุนไพร จากนั้นทำการอบรมในประเด็นความรู้, วิธีการกลั่นตะไคร้หอมและการผลิตยาหม่องน้ำตะไคร้หอม และหลังจากผ่านการอบบรมไปแล้วกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุสามารถกลั่นน้ำมันตะไคร้หอมได้ปริมาณโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ ได้ปริมาณ 20.2 มิลลิลิตร/ครั้ง จากต้นตะไคร้หอม 5 กิโลกรัม ที่อุณหภูมิการกลั่น 100 องศาเซลเซียส ในส่วนของแนวทางการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่เกิดจากการมีส่วนร่วมโดยที่ผลิตภัณฑ์นั้นสามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรในชุมชนนำมาสร้างสรรค์และแปรรูปไปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ยาหม่องน้ำจากน้ำมันตะไคร้หอมบรรจุขวดขนาด 30 มิลลิลิตรพร้อมออกจำหน่าย
