แนวทางการส่งเสริมอาชีพของประชาชนในตำบลเกาะสุกร อำเภอปะเหลียน จังหวัดตรัง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการว่างงาน ความพร้อมด้านทรัพยากร และความต้องการส่งเสริมอาชีพของประชาชนในตำบลเกาะสุกร จังหวัดตรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงปริมาณจำนวน 343 คน และเชิงคุณภาพจำนวน 32 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์และการประชุมกลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ประชาชนว่างงานร้อยละ 22.2 เหตุผลที่ว่างงานส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 22.3 คือ อายุมาก 2) ชุมชนเกาะสุกรมีความพร้อมด้านทรัพยากรคือ มีพื้นที่เหมาะสำหรับการท่องเที่ยว มีทรัพยากรทางทะเลที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ มีกลุ่มอาชีพเดิมที่พร้อมรองรับการท่องเที่ยว ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 94.5 ต้องการมีงานทำหรืออาชีพเสริม 3) สิ่งที่ต้องการได้รับความช่วยเหลือร้อยละ 80.5 คือเงินทุน สิ่งที่ต้องการให้มีการส่งเสริมอาชีพประกอบด้วย การสร้างตลาดออนไลน์ เนื่องจากยังขาดความรู้ในด้านนี้ การแปรรูปเนื้อแดดเดียวเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่า การออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์เครื่องแกงใหม่เนื่องจากแบบเดิมไม่ทันสมัย และการทำผ้าบาติกเนื่องจากแบบเดิมไม่สื่อถึงอัตลักษณ์ของชุมชน
