บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินการเลี้ยงแพะเนื้อแบบหวะตามมาตรฐานฟาร์ม GFM และ GAP ภายใต้แนวคิดการพึ่งตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน ดำเนินการในเดือนมีนาคม 2564 ถึง เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2565 กลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 120 ราย ที่เป็นแรงงานกรีดยางและเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มเลี้ยงแพะในพื้นที่อำเภอตะโหมด จังหวัดพัทลุง ดำเนินการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ฝึกปฏิบัติการเลี้ยงแพะเนื้อตามมาตรฐาน GFM และ GAP เก็บข้อมูลโดยประเมินองค์ความรู้ ประเมินฟาร์ม ประชุมกลุ่ม และสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อประเมินองค์ความรู้ ทุนการพึ่งตนเองที่มีต่อความยั่งยืน จากการศึกษาพบว่า คนเลี้ยงแพะแบบหวะสามารถประยุกต์องค์ความรู้ในการปฏิบัติได้มากที่สุดร้อยละ 93.06 รองลงมาคือสมาชิกกลุ่มร้อยละ 91.67 และคณะกรรมการกลุ่มร้อยละ 77.22 แต่มีข้อจำกัดในทุนการพึ่งตนเอง คือทุนทางมนุษย์ เช่น ทักษะบริหารงานกลุ่ม ทักษะการจัดการสุขภาพแพะ ทักษะการมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็น ทุนทางการเงิน เช่น การเข้าถึงแหล่งทุนและตลาดแพะ และทุนทางกายภาพ เช่น พื้นที่ฟาร์มมีจำกัด ขณะที่ความยั่งยืนที่เป็นข้อจำกัดคือ ด้านเศรษฐกิจ การขาดแคลนเงินทุนเพื่อนำมาใช้ในการพัฒนาฟาร์ม ด้านสังคม การขาดการเข้าถึงสัตวแพทย์ประจำฟาร์ม และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม การขาดแคลนแหล่งผลิตอาหารหยาบ
