The factors influencing organizational effectiveness of Bueng Yitho Municipality

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the factors influencing organizational effectiveness of Bueng Yitho Municipality. 2) Study of the problems of the administration of Bueng Yitho Municipality as well as 3) Suggested solutions for Bueng Yitho Municipality. This research was the Mixed Methods Research. The simple of quantitative research used the personnels and the population of Bueng Yitho Municipality were 498 persons. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistic used in this research was multiple regression analysis. The sample of qualitative research were 48 persons by In-depth interviews, focus groups as well as participant observation as well.The factors influencing organizational effectiveness of Bueng Yitho Municipality of personnel and population who live in Bueng Yitho Municipality at the highest level. The results of hypothesis found that the factors influencing organizational effectiveness of Bueng Yitho Municipality were the principles of decentralization, rule of law, responsibility, responsiveness as well as effectiveness had a significant effect on the organizational effectiveness of Bueng Yitho Municipality at the .01 level (F = 154.745 and p = .000).
