Management with Kinship Systems to Build Integrity : A Case Study of Manora Performing Groups in Phatthalung Province

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study management system existing in Thai society that wisdom of folk artists were applied to manage Manora performing groups and to build integrity for Manora performing groups because the integrity was very important for survival of the Manora performing group. Data for the research was collected from Sompongnoi Dowrung Manora Performing Group, and Saitip Sa-ne silp Manora Performing Group recognized and well known for a long time in Phatthalung Province. The research found that the two Manora performing groups; Sompongnoi Dowrung Manora Performing Group, and Saitip Sa-ne silp Manora Performing Group, applied honest kinship system including Southern folk wisdom to manage their Manora Performing Group, therefore, resources of the groups; human resource, finance, equipment, facility, business were managed conveniently, efficiently, and sustainable leading to continuously well known performance.
