วิถีชีวิตของครอบครัวกับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ ความไม่สงบชายแดนใต้ : กรณีศึกษาเขตพื้นที่พัฒนา พิเศษเฉพาะกิจชายแดนใต้จังหวัดสงขลา ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ.2547-พ.ศ.2557

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาวิถีชีวิตของสมาชิกในครอบครัวทั่วไปจาก
เหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบในเขตพื้นที่พัฒนาพิเศษเฉพาะกิจชายแดนใต้จังหวัดสงขลา 2)
ศึกษาสภาพครอบครัวและปัญหาของครอบครัวผู้ได้รับผลกระจากสถานการณ์ความ
ไม่สงบในเขตพื้นที่พัฒนาพิเศษเฉพาะกิจชายแดนใต้จังหวัดสงขลาและ 3) ศึกษา
แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาครอบครัวของผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบใน
เขตพื้นที่พัฒนาพิเศษเฉพาะกิจชายแดนใต้จังหวัดสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครอบครัว
ทั่วไป จำ นวน 13 ครัวเรือน ครอบครัวผู้ได้รับผลกระทบและสูญเสียสมาชิกในครอบครัว
จากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบ จำ นวน 13 ครัวเรือน และตัวแทนจากหน่วยงานที่ให้
การช่วยเหลือจำ นวน 6 คน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
การวิจัยภาคสนาม ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม และการสังเกต
แบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) วิถีชีวิตของครอบครัวทั่วไปในพื้นที่พัฒนาพิเศษเฉพาะกิจ
ชายแดนใต้จังหวัดสงขลา มีวิถีชีวิตครอบครัวที่เปลี่ยนแปลงภายใต้สถานการณ์ความ
ไม่สงบชายแดนใต้ ซึ่งมีด้านครอบครัว ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ด้านเศรษฐกิจ และ
ด้านสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิต 2) สภาพครอบครัวและปัญหาครอบครัวผู้ได้รับผล

กระทบจากสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบในเขตพื้นที่พัฒนาพิเศษเฉพาะกิจชายแดนใต้
ซึ่งมีปัญหาด้านครอบครัว คือ ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัว ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม
คือ ปัญหาการดำ เนินชีวิตประจำ วัน ด้านเศรษฐกิจ คือ ปัญหารายได้ไม่เพียงพอกับ
รายจ่าย ปัญหาไม่มีอาชีพทำ กิน ปัญหาภาระหนี้สินที่เพิ่มขึ้น และด้านสุขภาพกายและ
สุขภาพจิต คือ ปัญหาความพิการ ปัญหาความโศกเศร้าเสียใจ 3)การช่วยเหลือและ
แก้ไขปัญหาครอบครัวผู้ได้รับผลกระทบและสูญเสียสมาชิกในครอบครัวจากสถานการณ์
ความไม่สงบในเขตพื้นที่พัฒนาพิเศษเฉพาะกิจชายแดนใต้ โดยศูนย์ปฏิบัติการช่วยเหลือ
เยียวยาผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบชายแดนใต้ในพื้นที่จะให้ความ
ช่วยเหลือและเยียวยาในด้านครอบครัว ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ด้านเศรษฐกิจ และ
ด้านสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิต ซึ่งช่วยเหลือและเยียวยาจนกว่าครอบครัวจะสามารถ
ดำ เนินชีวิตในสังคมได้อย่างปกติสุข

This research aims to 1) study livelihoods of general family in the unrest in
the special development area of southern boder Songkhl province. 2) study to
status of families and the problem of families who receive the impact of unrest
in the special development area of southern boder Songkhl province. And 3) to
study solve the problem of families who have been affected by the unrest in the
special development area of southern boder Songkhl province. The sample were
general family from 13 families who have been affected and the loss of family
members from the unrest from 13 family and representatives from agencies that
provide assistance from 6 persons. This study was a qualitative research by
studying the relevant documents and field study involving in-depth interviews
and participation and non-participation observations.
The findings of the research revealed that 1) livelihoods of general family
in the unrest in the special development area of southern boder Songkhl
province. Livelihoods is changing under the unrest that is the family, social and
cultural, economic, physical and mental health. 2) Study to status of families

and the problem of families who receive the impact of unrest in the special
development area of southern boder Songkhl province that is the problem of
families is family relationship problems, the problem of society and culture is
the problems of everyday life, the problem of economic is the pay is not enough,
no occupation, rising debt, and the problem of physical health and mental health
that is disabled, sadness, 3) to solve the problem of families who have been
affected by the unrest in the special development area of southern boder
Songkhl province by the operations center, help heal those affected by the
unrest in the south in area. Help and healing in the family, social and cultural,
economic, and physical and mental health. This will help and heal until the
family can live peacefully in society
