The purposes of this study were 1) to know boy scout activity administration of Bang Saphan Noi 3 (Chairat) cluster under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area
Office 1, 2) to know about the developmental guidelines of boy scout activity administration of Bang Saphan Noi 3 (Chairat) cluster under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area
Office 1. The population of this study was 57 respondents. The research instrument was
a questionnaire on boy scout activity administration based on Bureau of Scout Movement Red Cross Youth and Student Affairs. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The finding of this research was as follows:

1. Boy scout activity administration of Bang Saphan Noi 3 (Chairat) cluster under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall aspects at the high-level. Ranking from the highest arithmetic means to the lowest respectively were: boy scout, scout master, scout activity and scout director.
2. The developmental guideline of boy scout activity administration of Bang Saphan Noi 3 (Chairat) cluster under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found that, school should teach boy scout at lease once a week by support them to practice many skills from curriculum and joy some religious events and volunteer activities. Scout directors should define scout structure and support resources and people to make cooperation. Moreover, they should follow the operation. Scout masters have to train themselves to be good in scout and cooperated plan to teach scout activity in accordance with the policy and context. Scout activity should modern, integrated skills to increase knowledge, morals and ethics.
