THE DEVELOPMENTAL GUIDELINES ON MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IN ANUBANWATLUKKAEPRACHACHANUTIS SCHOOL

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to find: 1) management information systems in Anunbanwatlukkaephachachanutis school and 2) developmental guidelines on management information systems in Anunbanwatlukkaephachachanutis school. The population were 67 personnels in Anunbanwatlukkaephachachanutis school. The instrument used in this research were to 1) opinionnaire 2) focus group discussion form. The statistical used were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
The finding of research were as follows:
- The management information systems in Anunbanwatlukkaephachachanutis school, overall and individual was found at a high level. In order regarding arithmetic means and standard deviation from maximum to minimum were as follow; data and information storage, information verification, presentation of data and information, data collection, and data processing.
- The developmental guidelines on management information systems in Anunbanwatlukkaephachachanutis school were as follows: data collection should be clearly defined. Data collectors are competent and school personnel cooperate in collecting data. Information verification is checked between old data and new information, Including the auditor must have the knowledge of the way to verify the information. Data processing should be defined. Designate the person responsible for data processing, and develop modern tools for data processing. Presentation of data and information should be used to develop personnel and coordinate with other departments. Bring data and information to display in the form of Dashboard with Google Data Studio. And data and information storage had stored data in a format suitable for data and information and backing up data and information to prevent damage.
