About the Journal

Journal Policy

            The Journal of Educational Administration, Silpakorn University aims to publish research and academic articles related to educational administration and related fields to promote the development of knowledge and facilitate the exchange of academic ideas. The journal emphasizes the quality of articles, with each article being evaluated and reviewed by three experts (peer review) to ensure that all submissions meet high standards and align with current trends in educational development.

Objectives of the Journal

  • To publish high-quality research and academic articles in the field of educational administration and promote a deeper understanding of new dimensions in educational development.
  • To provide a platform for researchers, scholars, and professionals in educational administration to exchange ideas and experiences to advance the education sector.
  • To encourage the development of research and innovations in educational administration that address societal needs and issues.
  • To improve the quality and standards of research and academic articles in the field of educational administration to be on par with international levels.
  • To foster collaboration between universities, agencies, and organizations involved in educational administration both nationally and internationally.

 

Scope of Published Content

The journal accepts articles on topics covering the following areas:

  • Educational Administration: Education management, human resource management in educational organizations, and educational policy.
  • Quality Development in Education: Educational innovations, educational technology, and teaching and learning methods.
  • Educational Research: Quantitative and qualitative research related to education.
  • Interdisciplinary Articles: Works that connect education with other fields, such as social sciences, psychology, and economics of education.

 

Article Review Process

  • Authors must submit their articles via the online system of the TCI-Thaijo journal.
  • Articles must be original, not previously published, nor under consideration for publication in other journals.
  • The editorial board checks the completeness of the manuscript, format, and its alignment with the journal's scope.
  • Articles are sent to three experts from both inside and outside the Faculty of Education, Silpakorn University, in related fields, following a Double-Blind peer review process.
  • Experts provide feedback and decide whether the article should be accepted, revised, or rejected.
  • The editorial board considers the experts' suggestions and notifies the author of the review outcome.
  • Authors revise their articles according to the feedback and resubmit for final review before publication.
