ทักษะการสื่อสารของบุคลากรโรงเรียนด่านทับตะโกราษฎร์อุปถัมภ์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) ทักษะการสื่อสารของบุคลากรโรงเรียนด่านทับตะโกราษฎร์อุปถัมภ์ และ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารของบุคลากรโรงเรียนด่านทับตะโกราษฎร์อุปถัมภ์ ประชากรเป็นผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนด่านทับตะโกราษฎร์อุปถัมภ์ จำนวน 33 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะการสื่อสารของบุคลากรตามแนวคิดของโจนส์และจอร์จ (Jones and George) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( ) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ทักษะการสื่อสารของบุคลากรโรงเรียนด่านทับตะโกราษฎร์อุปถัมภ์โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ 1) เลือกสื่อที่ผู้รับสารสามารถตรวจสอบได้ 2) เลือกสื่อที่เหมาะสมต่อสารนั้น 3) เปลี่ยนสารให้เป็นสัญลักษณ์ที่ผู้รับสารเข้าใจได้ง่าย 4) ส่งสารให้มีความชัดเจนและสมบูรณ์ 5) ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง 6) มีกลไกการให้ผลสะท้อนกลับ และ 7) หลีกเลี่ยงการกรองและบิดเบือนข้อมูล

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารของบุคลากรโรงเรียนด่านทับตะโกราษฎร์อุปถัมภ์ มีแนวทางดังนี้
1) จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับการใช้ภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสาร 2) บุคลากรเลือกใช้สื่อที่เข้าใจง่าย เหมาะสมกับวัยประสบการณ์การทำงาน และกลุ่มงานของผู้รับสาร 3) บุคลากรควรใช้สื่อที่เหมาะสมกับสาร 4) จัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับการใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยแก่บุคลากร 5) ลดลำดับชั้นในการส่งสาร 6) ควรให้บุคลากรแสดงความคิดเห็นหรือข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆ ได้หลายช่องทาง 7) ควรจัดให้มีการประชุมบุคลากร ปรึกษา และหาวิธีร่วมกันในการแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อยังคงไว้ซึ่งบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ดีของโรงเรียน

THE COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF PERSONNEL IN DANTHUBTAKORATUPATHAM SCHOOL

The purposes of this research were to identify 1) the communication skills of personnel in Danthubtakoratupatham school and 2) the development guidelines about the communication skills of personnel in Danthubtakoratupatham school. The population was administrator and teachers in Danthubtakoratupatham school, 33 totally. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning communication skills of personnel based on The Jones and George’s viewpoint. The statistics employed in data analysis were frequency (f), percentage (%), arithmetic mean ( ), standard deviation ( ), and content analysis.

The findings were as follows :

1. The communication skills of personnel in Danthubtakoratupatham School, as a whole and as an individual aspect, were at a high level. Sort by arithmetic means of descending below: 1) Select a medium the receiver monitors, 2) Select a medium appropriate for the message, 3) Encode messages in symbols the receiver understands, 4) Send clear and complete messages, 5) Provide accurate information, 6) Include a feedback mechanism in messages and 7) Avoid filtering and information distortion.

2. The development guidelines about the communication skills of personnel in Danthubtakoratupatham school are following: 1) organizing a workshop to use of language to communicate, 2) using the media to understand, appropriate to age, experience and a group of receivers, 3) using the appropriate medium with the message, 4) organizing a workshop to use of media and technology for personnel, 5) reducing the hierarchy to send the message, 6) providing comments or suggestions by multiple channels and 7) meeting, consulting and finding solutions together for the good work of the school.
