การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารกับบรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรสาคร

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา สมุทรสาคร 2) บรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรสาคร 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารกับบรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรสาคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้แก่สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรสาคร จำนวน 22 โรง โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 4 คน ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน 2 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 88 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหาร ตามแนวคิดของ เฟรนซ์ และ ราเวน (French and Raven) กับบรรยากาศองค์การตามแนวคิดของ ฟอกซ์ และคณะ (Fox and others) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (arithmetic mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) และการวิเคราะหค์ค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรสาครอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและแยกพิจารณารายด้าน

2. บรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรสาคร อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและแยกพิจารณารายด้าน

3. การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารกับบรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรสาคร โดยภาพรวม และรายคู่ มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

THE EXERCISE OF POWER AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE OF SCHOOLS UNDER
THE OFFICE OF SAMUTSAKHON EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the exercise of power of school administrators under the Office of Samutsakhon Educational Service Area, 2) organizational climate of school under the Office of Samutsakhon Educational Service Area, 3) the relationship between the exercise of power and organizational climate of schools under the Office of Samutsakhon Educational Service Area. The samples were 22 schools under the Office of Samutsakhon Educational Service Area. The respondents from each school were the director, assistant director, and 2 teachers, with the total of 88. The instrument was a questionnaire about exercise of power based on French and Raven concept and organizational climate based on Fox and Others concept. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,and Pearson’s product – moment correlation coefficient.

The findings revealed as follows :

1. The exercise of power of school administrators under the Office of Samutsakhon Educational Service Area,as a whole and as an individual, was at a high level.

2. The organizational climate of schools under the Office of Samutsakhon Educational Service Area, as a whole and as an individual, was at a high level.

3. The exercise of power and organizational climate of schools under the Office of Samutsakhon Educational Service Area, as a whole and in pair, was found correlated at .01 level of significance.
