บทคัดย่อ
ADMINISTRATIVE COMPETENCY OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA, BANGKOK METROPOLIS IN SUPPORTING THE ASEAN COMMUNITY.
The purposes of this research were to study the administrative competency of school administrators under the primary education area, Bangkok Metropolis and to seek how to develop the administrative competency of administrators in supporting the ASEAN community. This research used mixed method between the quality research by interviewing 7 specialists and the quantity research by questionnaire sending to 37 schools under the primary education area, Bangkok Metropolis in the educational year 2013. The population were 110 administrators. The research result were the administrative competency of administrator was at high level especially achievement and leadership while good service and personal potential development should be developed. The development method should hearing from related persons opinion in order to find the way in the organization development and giving in the chance in self-development to those persons especially in language and information technology. Besides, administrators should join together in cooperation with knowledge management supporting to ASEAN community.
