คุณลักษณะองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิผลกับการปฏิบัติงานโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) คุณลักษณะองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต18 2) การปฏิบัติงานโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิผลกับการปฏิบัติงานโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 18 โดยใช้โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำนวน 50 โรง เป็นหน่วยวิเคราะห์ (Unit of Analysis) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 4 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 1 คน ข้าราชการครู 2 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิผลตามแนวคิดของ ลิเคิร์ท (Likert) และการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียนโดยการใช้มาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา พ.ศ. 2552 ของสำนักบริหารงานการมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (  ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product - moment correlation coefficient)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. คุณลักษณะองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต18 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. การปฏิบัติงานโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. คุณลักษณะองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิผลกับการปฏิบัติงานโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

THE CHARACTERICS OF EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION AND THE SCHOOL PERFORMANCE UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 18

The purposes of this research were to find 1) the characteristics of effective organization under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, 2) the school performance under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, 3) the relationship between the characteristics of effective organization and the school performance under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The unit of analysis in this research were 50 schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The four respondents consisted of school administrator, vice administrator and 2 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning the characteristics of effective organization, based on Likert’s concept and the school performance based on standard of secondary school performance A.D. 2009 of Upper Secondary Education Bureau, Office of The Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education. The statistical used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

The findings of the research were as follow :

1) The characteristics of effective organization under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, as a whole, was at a high level.

2) The school performance under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, as a whole, was at a high level.

3) There was a relationship between the characteristics of effective organization and the school performance under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 at .01 level of statistical significance.
