คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารกับบรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1 2) บรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารกับบรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นโรงเรียน จำนวน 89 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 4 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนหรือผู้ปฏิบัติงานแทนรองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 1 คน และครูผู้สอน 2 คน รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูล 356 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารตามแนวคิดของบาร์นาร์ด (Barnard) กับบรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษาตามแนวคิดของแพรีคและราโอ (Pareek and Rao) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product- Moment Correlation Coefficient)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. บรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารกับบรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

ADMINISTRATOR’S CHARACTERISTICS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF PHETCHABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

The purposes of this research were to find : 1) School administrator’s characteristics under the Jurisdiction of Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) Organizational climate of schools under the Jurisdiction of Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 3) The relationships between administrator’s characteristics and organizational climate of schools under the Jurisdiction of Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample were 89 schools. The 4 respondents from each school consisted of the school administrator, a deputy director or a person in charge , and 2 teachers, with the total of 356. The research tool was a questionnaire regarding the administrator’s characteristics according to Barnard theory, and organizational climate of school according to Pareek and Rao theory. The statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product- Moment Correlation Coefficient.

The research results were :

1. School administrator’s characteristics under the Jurisdiction of Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall and individual, were in the high level.

2. Organizational climate of schools under the Jurisdiction of Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall and individual, were in the high level.

3. The relationships between administrator’s characteristics and organizational climate of schools under the Jurisdiction of Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. was found at .01 level of statistical significance.
