การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูผู้ดูแลเด็กกับการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการศึกษา ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดราชบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทราบ 1) การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดราชบุรี 2) การดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดราชบุรี 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูผู้ดูแลเด็กกับการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการศึกษา ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดราชบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดราชบุรี ที่มีจำนวนครู/ผู้ดูแลเด็ก ตั้งแต่ 2 คน ขึ้นไป จำนวน 63 แห่ง และผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก/ผู้ดูแลเด็ก แห่งละ 2 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 126 คน สำหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก ตามแนวคิดของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (สพฐ.) และมาตรฐานการศึกษา ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดราชบุรี ตามแนวคิดของกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น กระทรวงมหาดไทย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ(percentage) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (arithmetic mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson ’s product-moment correlation coefficiency)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2) การดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการศึกษา ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดราชบุรีโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

3) การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูผู้ดูแลเด็กกับการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการศึกษา ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัด องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดราชบุรี มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER AND PERFORMANCE ON EDUCATIONAL STANDARD OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER UNDER SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION IN RATCHABURI

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the competency development for early childhood teacher in child development center under Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ratchaburi, 2) performance on educational standard of child development center under Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ratchaburi and 3) the relationship between competency development for early childhood teacher in child development center and educational standard of child development center under Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ratchaburi. The samples used in this research were 63 child development centers under Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ratchaburi where at least 2 of early childhood teachers/care givers. The respondents in each center were 2 early childhood teachers/care givers, totally 126 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire regarding to the competency of early childhood teacher based on The office of Basic Education Commission and Educational standards of child development center under Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Local Administration Organization, Ministry of the Interior. The statistics applied in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product – moment correlation coefficient.

The findings were as follows :

1. The competency development for early childhood teacher in child development center under Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ratchaburi , overall and individual , were at a high level.

2. Performance on educational standard of child development center under Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ratchaburi, overall and individual, were at a high level .

3. The correlation between competency development for early childhood teacher and educational standard of child development center under Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ratchaburi was found at .01 level of statistical significance.
