การบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนงิ้วรายบุญมีรังสฤษดิ์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนงิ้วรายบุญมีรังสฤษดิ์ 2) การบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนงิ้วรายบุญมีรังสฤษดิ์เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากร 3) แนวทางการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนงิ้วรายบุญมีรังสฤษดิ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรโรงเรียนงิ้วรายบุญมีรังสฤษดิ์ ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนและกรรมการสถานศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 43 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารกิจการนักเรียน ตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา พ.ศ. 2552 สำนักบริหารงานการมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (μ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ()

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนงิ้วรายบุญมีรังสฤษดิ์ ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. การบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนงิ้วรายบุญมีรังสฤษดิ์ตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรโดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกันแต่ในรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 2 ด้าน คือ 1) การวางแผนงานกิจการนักเรียน 2) การประเมินผลการดำเนินงานกิจการนักเรียน

3. แนวทางในการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนงิ้วรายบุญมีรังสฤษดิ์ 1) ด้านการวางแผนงานกิจการนักเรียนให้ครูและนักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำคู่มือครูและคู่มือนักเรียน 2) ด้านการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียน ให้นักเรียนได้มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนในการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ 3) ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาให้นักเรียนมีวินัย คุณธรรม จริยธรรม ให้กำหนดหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบในการบันทึกรวบรวมเกียรติประวัติของนักเรียนให้ชัดเจน 4) ด้านการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ให้ครูแนะแนวและครูที่ปรึกษาดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนมากขึ้น 5) ด้านการดำเนินการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน ให้มีการจัดทำคู่มือชี้แจงเผยแพร่หลักประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน 6) ด้านการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานกิจการนักเรียน ให้ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานกิจการนักเรียนมากขึ้น

STUDENT AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT OF NGIURAIBOONMEERANGSARIT SCHOOL

The purposes of this study were to determine 1) Student affairs management of Ngiuraiboonmee-rangsarit school. 2) Compare the opinions of the personnel in student affairs management of Ngiuraiboonmeerangsarit school 3) Guidelines for student affairs management of Ngiuraiboonmee- rangsarit school. The populations consisted of 43 people who were administrators, teachers and school boards. The research instrument was questionnaire about student affairs management regarding the performance standards for secondary school in 2009, Upper Secondary Education Bureau and Office of the Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education. The statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The findings revealed that :

1. Student affairs management of Ngiuraiboonmeerangsarit school in overall and each aspects were the high level.

2. Student affairs management were grouped according to the opinions of the personnel in overall were not different. In each aspect were 2 different : 1) Student affairs planning. 2) The evaluation of the student affairs operation.

3. Guidelines for student affairs management : 1) Student affairs planning : Teachers and students participate in the preparation of Teacher and Student’s manual. 2) Student affairs management : Student participate in activities planning. 3) The promotion and development of the student discipline morality and ethics : Clearly defined functions and responsibilities to save and compile the student’s Honors. 4) Student monitoring system operation : Guidance teacher and advisor teacher should assist and look after their students more. 5) The promotion of democracy in school : The manual preparation for publishing democratic primary in school. 6) The evaluation of the student affairs operation : The parents and students participation for evaluation more.
