ทักษะการบริหารกับการบริหารระบบคุณภาพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 2) การบริหารระบบคุณภาพของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะการบริหารกับการบริหารระบบคุณภาพโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 92 โรงเรียน ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามโรงเรียนละ 3 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการรองผู้อำนวยการ และครู ตำแหน่งละ 1 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 276 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารตามแนวคิดของเดรคและโรว์ (Drake and Roe) และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารระบบคุณภาพของโรงเรียนตามเกณฑ์โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (ƒ) ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต () และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และคา่ สัมประสิทธ์ิสหสัมพันธข์ องเพียรส์ ัน (Pearson’s product – moment correlation coefficient)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตมากที่สุดคือด้านมนุษย์ และด้านเทคนิคเป็นด้านที่มีค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตน้อยที่สุด

2. การบริหารระบบคุณภาพของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการนำองค์กรเป็นด้านที่มีค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านการวัด วิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้

3. ทักษะการบริหารกับการบริหารระบบคุณภาพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง โดยมีค่าความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกหรือมีความสัมพันธ์ในลักษณะที่คล้อยตามกันทุกกคู่ และพบว่าทักษะการบริหารจะมีความสัมพันธ์กับด้านการนำองค์กร ในระดับสูงกว่าด้านอื่นๆอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS AND QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT IN SECONDARY SCHOOL

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the administrative skills in secondary school. 2) the quality system management in secondary school., and 3) the relationship between the administrative skills and quality system management in secondary school. The sample were 92 schools under secondary educational service area office of Bangkok. The respondents were administrator, assistant administrator and teacher totally 276 respondents. The research instruments was a questionnaire on the administrative skills based on the concept of Drake and Roe and the quality system management in secondary school based on the concept of World-Class Standard School. The statistical analysis were frequencies (f), percentage (%), arithmetic mean (), standard deviation (S.D.)and Pearson’s product – moment correlation coefficient.

The research findings revealed as follows :

1. The administrative skills in secondary school as a whole and as individual was at a high level ; the highest was human skills and technical skills was lowest.

2. The quality system management in secondary school as a whole and as individual was at a high level; the highest was leadership and measurement, analysis and knowledge management was lowest

3. The relationship between the administrative skills and the quality system management were related at a high level with statistically significant at .01 levels. The especially administrative skills and leadership in the quality system management were related at a highest.
