The objectives of this research were to examine 1) Moral School Management of Banpong 3 School Cluster, Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province. 2) Guidelines for the development of Moral School Management of Banpong 3 School Cluster, Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province. The research population were 3 schools under Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in Banpong 3 School Cluster in the Moral School Project, consisting of 1) the school director 2) teacher who in charge for the Moral School Project 3) head school subject 8 groups of 3 schools. The research instruments used in the research were an opinionnaire and a structured interview. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The findings of the research revealed that:
1. Moral School Management of Banpong 3 School Cluster, Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province, individually and collectively, were found at a high level.
2. The guidelines for Moral School Management development of Banpong 3 School Cluster, Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province, the aspect of processing data were: There are details as follows: 1) In respect of moral planning by to join the SWOT analysis and pay attention to every comment and suggestion in brainstorming sessions as a guideline for moral planning. 2) Mechanism creation the practice by to behave as a good model for students. Behave in accordance with the guidelines of morality, goals and behaviors, positive indicators and co-determination of assessment criteria used as a directional practice. 3) In the follow-up of the supervisory activities, by to give advice in a friendly manner and to encourage the creation of innovation and activities to be used in the development of the moral work of the school. 4) Performance appraisal by defined as clear indicators of success in the operation. Promote knowledge for teachers to be used in organizing activities and promote the process of participation in the operation.
