LEARNING ORGANIZATION OF WATRAIKHINGWITTAYA SCHOOL UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 9

Abstract

            The purpose of this research was to determine; 1) the learning organization of Watraikhingwittaya School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9 and2) the comparision the opinions of the learning organization of Watraikhingwittaya School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, when classified by status of the respondents.   The samples were administrators and teachers, totally 123 persons. The research instrument was a questionnaire about the learning organization based on Senge’s theory. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, one – way ANOVA and Scheffe's test.

       The results revealed the following:

1. The learning organization of Watraikhingwittaya School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9 was at a high level in overall and in each aspect. As ranking with arithmetic mean from the highest to the lowest was; shared vision, team learning, systems thinking, personal mastery and mental models
2. The comparison of the learning organization of Watraikhingwittaya School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, when classified by status of the respondents found that there were significant difference at 0.5 level in age, position and experience, but there were not significant in gender and education
