THE RELATIONSHIP OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND SHCHOOL QUALITY ASSURANCE IN SYSTEM IN SCHOOL UNDER SAMUTSAKORN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

               The purpose this research were to study 1) leadership transformational of school  administrators under Samusakorn Primary Educational Service Area Office. 2)  educational quality assurance system of schools under Samutsakorn Primary Educational Service Area Office. 3) The leadership transformation of school  administrators and educational quality assurance system of school under Samutsakorn Primary Educational Service Area Office .

The samples consisted of 186 administrators and academic teachers from 93 schools under Samutsakorn Primary Educational Service Area Office . The instrument for gathering the data was a 5-level rating scale  questionnaire. The statistical used to analyze the data by using descriptive statistics namely percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the inferential statistics using the Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.

The results of the research were as follows:

1. Leadership transformational of school administrators under Samutsakorn Primary Educational Service Area Office .The overall and individual were at a high level.
2. The educational quality assurance system of schools under Samutsakorn Primary Educational Service Area Office . The overall and individual were at a high level.
3. There was significantly relationship between transformational leadership administrators of school and educational quality assurance system of schools under Samutsakorn Primary Educational Service Area Office at .05 level.
