Abstract

        The objectives of this research are to 1) study the way of educational administration and 2) to study the way of administration in educational administration program, Graduate School, Mahamakut Buddhist University.

       The instruments used in this research were: In-depth interview using structured interview form by interviewing the administrators, staffs, lecturers and students in personal. The collected data was analyzed by using content analysis.

       The findings were as follows:

  1. The condition on the current of services management in educational administration program, graduate school, Mahamakut Buddhist University. 1) The staffs: there are a lot of workloads, lack of expertise in the workload assigned and also lack of staffs for assistance and advice for students 2) Instructional activities, there are lack of documentation and also a shortage of staffs to facilitate the convenience of students who come to use services such as computer and internet. 3) Process / operation of the graduate school: the staffs lack knowledge and understanding about the work process, and regulations of the university. 4) In aspect of building: there is no having room, library and conference room.
  2. The way of educational management of education administration department, graduate school Mahamakut Buddhist University 1) The staffs: the Graduate School should increase the number of staff, provide training the staff's ability in accordance with the assigned work load. The work load should be balanced between the staffs and also should have staff in the Educational Administration Department to provide convenience and advises the students in Educational Administration Program. 2) Instructional activities: there should be various teachers in one subject because of diversity of teaching and learning and there should be various instructional materials and teaching media. The staffs should be available to facilitate the teachers, such as installing various devices relating to educational technology etc. 3) Process / operation of the graduate school: there should be a system to monitor the works of the staff in order to follow the work of the staff. The staff members should be organized on Saturday / Sunday because students in the educational administration program are special students; they study on Saturday and Sunday. 4) In aspect of building: there should be having room, a library, conference room, and the internet system linking to various resources should be available both domestic and international.
