Abstract

               The purposes of this research were to study 1) The academic administration educational: case study in development of instructions for the ASEAN studies subject by an inquiry process model. 2) To analyze the students’ educational achievement in the ASEAN studies subject by an inquiry process model. and 3) To present the knowledge of the principles of academic administration in the development of instructions for the ASEAN studies subject by an inquiry process model. The research methodology includes interviews with experts in educational administration, analysis the students’ educational achievement and focus group. The findings were 10 principles of academic administration as follows: 1) Academic responsibility 2) Operational management 3) Participation in academic management 4) Self-development 5) Inquiry-Based Learning 6) Use of technology 7) Curriculum quality development 8) Developing classroom research 9) Promotion of corporate values and 10) ASEAN citizenship.
