SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR'S LEADERSHIP AND QUALITY OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOL UNDER SAMUTSAKHON PROVINCIAL OFFICE OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

               This research purposes were 1) to study school administrator’s leadership under Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration, 2) to study quality of academic affairs administration of school under Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration and 3) to study the relation between school administrator’s leadership and quality of academic affairs administration of school under Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration. The sample were 234 school teachers under Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration in academic year 2018. The instrument was questionnaire about school administrator’s leadership and quality of academic affairs administration of school under Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration. The statistics for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and Pearson’s moment coefficient correlation.

          The results of this study revealed that: 1) The school administrator’s leadership under Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration, was at high level. 2) The quality of academic affairs administration of school under Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration, was at high level. And 3) The relationship between school administrator’s leadership and school academic affairs administration under Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration, had positive relationship at rather high at .01 significant level.
