THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTIVATION AND THE PERFORMANCE OF SCHOOL TEACHERS UNDER THE SAMUTSAKHON PROVINCIAL OFFICE OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

             The aims of this research were 1) to study motivation of school teachers under the Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration ₁ 2) to study performane of school teachers under the Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration and ₁ 3) to study the relation between motivation and performane of school teachers under the Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration. The sample was 234 school teachers under the Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration in academic year 2018. The instrument was 5 rating scale questionnaire. The statistics were mean ₁ standard deviation, and hypotheses was tested by Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.

          The results of study revealed that : 1) The motivation level of teachers under the Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration, were at moderate level both the overall each aspect. 2) The performane level of teachers under The Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration, were at high level both the overall and each aspect. 3) There was positive the motivation relationship the motivation and the performane of the teachers at .01 significant level.
