The play development for inform knowledge and Understanding about academic leadership

Abstract

           The Play Development for Inform Knowledge and understanding about academic leadership was a descriptive research. Aim to create play from knowledge of academic leadership and to observe opinion from expert and specialist toward to the play.The samples were from academic management in educational administration and specialist of play research tools were unstructured interview form, opinionnaire and play of academic leadership. Statistical used for data analysis were frequency and percentage.

            The results of the research were as follows: 1)The expert and specialist opinion shows that play of academic leadership have related with the knowledge of academic leadership by written under well-organized structure with realistic and cover all details. 2) The expert and specialist opinion feedback was related and match with academic leadership play by have proper/reliable feedback. 3) Feedback of The expert and specialist opinion to the play have effect by improving of the play for better communicate to audience for create understanding on academic leadership. So they can use as reference for improve their academy.
