Abstract

             The purposes of this research were to determine; 1) the future scenario of digital media management for early childhood and 2) to survey and confirm comprehensive factor from educational practitioner in Bangkok involved in digital media management for early childhood. Future research and descriptive research were used; started with Ethnographic Delphi Future Research (EDFR) technique to study the possibility will be occurred in the future. First, 17 experts were selected with purposive criteria for interviewed then synthetic to be questionnaire for their confirmation. Second, confirmed questionnaire was sent to 282 educational practitioner for 94 schools in Bangkok involved in digital media management for early childhood with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) technique to study and find out consistence of model structure and empirical data.

            The findings of the research were as follows:

            1) future scenario of digital media management for early childhood  were 6 factors (84 variables) included 1) Government’s Role 2) Effective digital media usage 3) Human Resources  4) Budgeting 5) Learning Management 6) Engagement of digital media management

            2) The factors of model fitness with empirical data processed by educational practitioner in Bangkok were consisted at 6 factors (50 variables) included; 1) Government’s Role with 10 variables            2) Effective digital media usage with 12 variables 3) Human Resources with 4 variables 4) Budgeting with 3 variables 5) Learning Management with 13 variables 6) Engagement of digital media management with 8 variables.
