Abstract

                     The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the transformational leadership of school administrator under Prachuap Kirikhan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) the school supervision of school in Prachuapkirikhan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 3) the relationship between transformational leadership and school supervision of school under Prachuap Kirikhan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 83 basic education schools under Prachuap Kirikhan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The respondents consisted of school 2 administrators and 2 teachers, with the total of 388 respondence. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning transformational leadership of school’s administrator, based on the concept of Kouzes and Posner; and school internal supervision of school based Glickman Carl D. S.P.; Gordon; & Ross-Gordon concept. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

                   The  findings  of  the  research  were  as  follow :

                    1. The transformational leadership of school’s administrator under Prachuap Kirikhan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall and individually, were at a high level such as integrity, empowerment, intellectual stimulation, symbolism and charisma.

                     2. The supervision of school under Prachuap Kirikhan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in overall and individually, were at a high level such as action research professional development, curriculum development, direct assistance to teachers and group development.

                     3. There was a significant relationship between transformation leadership at.01 level of significance.
