THE PROVIDING SCHOOL GENERAL ADMINISTRATORS’ QUALITY OF WORK LIFE UNDER SUPHANBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

              The The purposes of this research were to determine: 1) the quality of work life of the school administrative staff under the Suphanburi primary educational service area office 2 and 2) the comparison of the opinions of the school administrative staff under the Suphanburi primary educational service area office 2 according to gender and working experience. The population of the research were 57 school administrative staffs. The instrument was a questionnaire about the quality of work life. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean,and standard deviation

                The result of research were as follow;

1. The quality of work life of the school administrative staff under the Suphanburi primary educational service area office 2 were found at a high level. Considering each aspect; ranking from the highest mean to the lowest mean were: social relevance of work life, safe and healthy working conditions, social integration, opportunity for developing using human capacity, and adequate and fair compensation. Work and total life space was at moderate level and opportunity for continued growth and security was found at low level.

                2. The results of comparison about opinions of the school administrative staff under the Suphanburi primary educational service area office 2 according to gender and working experience found that there were not different in total and each aspect.
