LEARNING ORGANIZATION IN RATCHABORIKANUKROH SCHOOL UNDER SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 8

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) learning organization in Ratchaborikanukroh School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8 and 2) guidelines for development of learning organization in Ratchaborikanukroh School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8. The population used in this research were 178 personnel that consisted of 5 administrators, 8 heads of learning area, and 165 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning learning organization based on Peter Senge Theory. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency (f), percentage (%), arithmetic mean ( ), standard deviation ( ) and content analysis.
The findings of the research were as follow :
- Learning organization in Ratchaborikanukroh School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8 was at high level, collectively and individually, ranking from the highest to the lowest by arithmetic mean as follow: system thinking, personal mastery, mental models, team learning and building shared vision.
- Guidelines for development of learning organization in Ratchaborikanukroh School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8: Personal mastery: School should encourage people to continuously learning more for develop own-self in potential ability. Mental models: learn philosophers’ concepts or from successful person. Developing and adapting critical thinking from listening and reading and sharing knowledge or experience with others. Consciousness and understand classify surroundings together with systematic thinking in way of life and performance. Building shared vision: expressing opinion to whom internal and external section. Transform own vision conform to school vision. Open the opportunity to people directly express their opinion for search the best way effective development. Team learning: continuously meeting with team and open-minded give more options than a one-track mind. Systematic work and clearing delegating responsibility. Understand hindsight and together sort the problem with team. Constantly sum up team’s problems and performance. System thinking: continuously research for new knowledge. Systematically cultivate analytical thinking skill along with understanding of management and problem solving. Systematic planning and review own performance. Reasonable decision to take action and regard of consequences.
