Abstract

The purposes of the research were to identify 1) change management of administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 10. 2) quality of student in World-class Standard School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 10. and 3) the relationships between the change management of administrators and the quality of student in World-Class Standard School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 10. The Word-Class Standard School under Secondary Educational Service Area office 10 was the unit of analysis for this study. The samples were 12 schools under Secondary Educational Service Area office 10. There were 8 respondents from each school consisted of an administrator, a deputy director, four head of groups and two teachers, totally 96 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire about change management on the concept of Kotter and the quality of student in World-Class Standard School base on Office of the Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education. The statistics used for analysis the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. 

The results of this research were as follow:
1. Change management of administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 10 as a whole and each aspect, were at a high level. Ranking level with arithmetic mean from the highest to the lowest were to developing a vision and strategy, creating the guiding coalition, communicating the change vision, empowering broad-based action, consolidating gains and producing more change, generating shot-term wins, establishing a sense of urgency and anchoring new approaches in the culture.
2. Quality of student in World-Class Standard School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 10 as a whole and each aspect, were at a high level. Ranking level with arithmetic mean from the highest to the lowest were to Ability Technology, life skills, effective communication, digital-Age literacy and inventive thinking.
3. The correlation between the change management of administrators and quality of student in World-Class Standard School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 10 as a whole was related with statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
