PARTICIPATIVE ADMINISTRATION AND EDUCATION STANDARD OF STUDENT IN SCHOOL UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) participative administration in school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) education standard of student in school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 3) the relationship between participative administration and education standard of student in school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples were 59 schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1. The respondents in each school consisted of 4 persons : school director, deputy director, and 2 teachers with the total of 236.
The instrument was a questionnaire regarding the participative administration on the theory of Cohen and education standard of student in school under The Secondary Education Service Area office 1. The statistical used were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean. standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient.
The results were found that :
1. Participative administration in school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole and as an individual, were at a high level; ranking from the highest to the lowest as follow: Evaluation, Implementation, Benefits and Decision making.
2. Education standard of Student in school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole and individual were found at a high level; ranking from the highest to the lowest as follow: Learner maintains high personal moralities and admires cultural values, Learner attains essential physical and emotional well-being, Learner has already been trained to be a highly-skilled worker and willing to cooperate with other colleagues and excel all kinds of legal jobs, Learner’s lifetime is being consistently occupied by seeking for and learning new and remarkable bodies of knowledge so as to develop the quality of his own life, Learner can transform the capacity for thinking logically and critically into efficiently solving everyday problems,
Learner has completely fulfilled his potential as a student in accordance with the school syllabus applied.
3. Participative administration and education standard of student in school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 was related with a statistically significant at .01 level.
