MODEL OF SECONDARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION TO WORLD CLASS STANDARD SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA, REGION 7

Abstract

The purpose of this research article was to design and to develop a management model for the World-Class Standard Schools of secondary school under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area, Region 7. The research procedures consisted of 3 steps as follows: step 1 investigating the basic current concept for administration toward the World-Class Standard Schools. The participants were 10 school administrators of World-Class Standard Schools. The questionnaire was used for gathering the data and content analysis was used for data analyzing, interview and designing a management model for the World-Class Standard Schools. step 1 developing the management model using 20 experts’ opinions through Delphi Technique. The research tool was a questionnaire with five- level scale. step 3 Assessing the management model for the World-Class Standard Schools of secondary school under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area, Region 7. The research findings were that Model of Secondary School Administration to World-Class Standard Schools consisted of 1) The components of the management model were; leadership, strategic planning, focus on client, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, focus on personnel, process management, performance results. and 2) Evaluation of the components of student performance, the outcomes were achieved by consisting of World-Class Standard and Quality system management.
