CORRELATION BETWEEN ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND LEARNING ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
This research paper is a survey research with the objective of 1) to study the level of Adaptive Leadership of school administrators 2) to study the level of the schools as Learning Organization and 3) to study the correlation between Adaptive Leadership of school administrators and learning organization of schools under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA). The sample used in this study included 351 teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of BMA in 2019. This research used the questionnaire which is performed to choose 5 scales of measurement and passed the content and structural validity checks by experts. The reliability of the adaptive leadership is .97 and the schools as learning organization is .92. The statistical processes used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Correlation Coefficient. The results of this research were found that 1) the overall and individual aspects of Adaptive Leadership of school administrators were found to be at high level, the first was the giving the work back to the people followed by the maintaining disciplined attention, the protecting leadership voices from below, respectively; 2) the overall and individual aspects of schools as Learning Organization were found to be at high level, the first was the team learning follow by the personal mastery, the shared vision; , and 3) There was a positive correlation at high level between Adaptive Leadership of School Administrators and Learning Organization of schools under the jurisdiction of BMA at the .01 significant level.
