Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study roles of the basic school commissions in supporting learning resources of schools under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and 2) compare roles of the basic school commissions in supporting learning resources of schools classified by the sizes of schools. The sample is selected from 118 school administrators by simple random sampling by lottery method. The research instrument used was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the reliability at .98. The statistical tools used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and t-test.


The results indicates that:


  1. 1. as a whole, roles of the basic school commissions in supporting learning resources of schools was implemented at a high level. The highest implementation was the promote personnel development provide knowledge and experience to use learning resources, followed by promote, support, procure, create or develop learning resources. The lowest implementation was the support for presentations or innovations resulting from the use of learning resources

  2. 2. roles of the basic school commissions in supporting learning resources of schools in different sizes of schools is different at the significant level of .05.
