Leadership Role in Future Education Management in the Changing World

Abstract

Theory and the concept of transformational leadership is the idea of educational leadership in the world to change to elevate needs, beliefs, attitudes and virtues of the followers to affect the development of the organizations with more productive. The study of Leadership in the past cannot give a clear explanation and not know the true essence of leadership. The world is changing so fast that organizations cannot be revised management plans to keep up with the changes. That led to the current crisis. Leaders must have leadership that strengthens the organizations. That causes the new education, research, and knowledge. In response to the current situation, transformational leadership is a process that influences the change of attitudes and the assumption of members in organizations. Leadership in the changing world is related to the influence of leaders on followers. However, that influence could develop the followers to become the leaders in the process of organizational change. Education leadership in the changing world is a holistic process and related to the implementation of the leaders at various levels in the organizations.
