Abstract

The administration in educational institutions is to cooperate every units in administration at most, such as, in Education Management, Personnel management, Plan Management, Academic Management and Evaluation Management to comply with good governance. The executives must be good at administration and management and accomplished with leadership, patience, tolerance, empathy, ability in decision, honest, fair, transparency, democracy and Buddhist virtues. The Four Noble Truths are the appropriate principles that can be applied in duty performance of school administrators.
