Abstract

The good governance is the heart of educational administration. Without the good governance, management of education cannot be successful and effective.


Good governance is a major tool in monitor executive management in education effectively. The aim of good governance is to govern, administrate and manage the work and other affairs in a correct way. It also means better management which can be applied to both public and private sectors. The principles in good governance have a broad scope covering moral, virtue, ethic and responsibility that the good ones should have and follow. The good governance is important to administrators in modern times.
